The 'minimix' was first realised as a marketing device for JCB to encourage brand awareness abroad. The unit is capable of producing 3 gallons of mixed solution using either the removable grab rail on the bucket or via a gear driven wheel which runs directly from a hand drill. The design specification was layered to the point where the product had to reach different markets while achieving the same goal.

"As a small mixer with detachable bucket it is hoped that the device will be used by the whole family whether it be completing the patio paving or constructing a supreme sand castle at the beach! Using no power other than that of the user and being rugged enough to stand the test of time, we hope the product will gain a strong  following from new customers"
